All modules include detailed instruction manual for the customer to install and easy configuration.


OBSolutions installation - Peace of mind!

Selecting the 'Installation by OBSolutions' option one of our technician will contact you within 24 / 48h to arrange a date and time for installation and configuration of the module.

It is possible that the installation by OBSolutions require different access to customer systems such as:

•      Connection to the back-office of your store
•      FTP server connection to Store
•      Remote connection to the client machine (via the Teamviewer application, AnyDesk or similar)

OBSolutions guarantees complete confidentiality of data provided by the customer to perform this sevice.
